Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, as well as all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you, the individual using this website and complying with the Company’s terms and conditions, either specified here or in a separate written agreement. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refer to both the Client and us. All terms pertain to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner to meet the Client’s needs regarding the provision of the Company’s services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of the State of New York. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are considered interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.

Refunds

We may offer returns under the following conditions:

  • If the service has not been performed at all during the term of our contract.
  • Corporate filing deadlines and terms and conditions apply, as state deadlines expedite our delivery process to the client to meet these mandated deadlines.
  • All refunds are subject to the engaging party acknowledging that they will contact Filing Associates no later than thirty days of making payment or receiving the filing acknowledgment certificate for a refund request .
  • No Dispute. The parties acknowledge that the obligations under the original contract have been fully performed as of the signing date of this Agreement, and there is no debtor-creditor relationship based on the original contract among the parties anymore. If such a debtor-creditor relationship exists, the obligee hereby waives such right free of charge, unconditionally, and permanently by signing this Agreement.
Cancellation Policy

The following are to note:

  • You can cancel a contract only if you request a refund within the parameters of our terms and conditions.
  • Once you cancel any information you have provided to Filing Associates will be purged from our encrypted database.
  • All cancellation must be in writing
  • It should be noted that a filing may carry a state or federal fee. Our service is to provide a streamlined process to review and file your companies filings to steer clear of issues and be compliant. Our fee agreement is based on the rates of the professionals at Filing Associates. And cancellations are not applicable when the service has been rendered.
